Property Benefit Tracker (PBT) provides an automated Google Sheets-based monitoring tool for Florida property records. This is a "Product-as-a-Service" delivered via the Google Sheets API.

The information provided by the tracker is for informational and organizational purposes only. PBT are not real estate attorneys, tax professionals, or government officials. Users are responsible for verifying all property data via official Miami-Dade County records before taking action.
3. Fees and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your automated updates will cease at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBT shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed tax benefits, or data inaccuracies. The service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the automation scripts or use the service for unauthorized mass data scraping.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
