Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Property Benefit Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") handles information. Our core philosophy is minimal data retention. We do not maintain a traditional user database and only process information necessary to deliver the automated service you purchased.
Data We Process
• Payment Information: We do not collect or store credit card numbers. All payments are processed through Stripe. Your financial data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Service Data: To provision your automated tracker, we receive your email address and transaction status from Stripe. This information is used solely to generate your Google Sheets environment.
• Server Logs: Like all web servers, our web host logs standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are routinely cleared.
Data Storage and Third Parties
We use Google Workspace APIs to provision your service. By using this tool, you acknowledge that your tracker resides within the Google ecosystem and is subject to Google’s privacy terms. We do not sell, trade, or share your email address with any third-party marketing entities.
Your Rights (PIPEDA)
As a Canadian entity, we comply with PIPEDA. You may request the deletion of your provisioned sheets or the removal of your email from our internal logs at any time by contacting us.
